Colmslie Wharves has been designed by Australia’s leading marina consulting firm Coriolis Marine with direct input from vessel operators and marine service providers to ensure practical, efficient and safe marine operations.
The marina includes provisioning for refuelling, shore power, water, wastewater pump-out and carparking with additional back-of-house space for loading, storage, maintenance and other provisioning.
Centrally located between the CBD and Moreton Bay, on a private industrial site with secure riverfront access, the marina will accommodate vessels ranging up to 50 metres in length, and can support tourism, charter, utility and commercial services.
All infrastructure has been engineered for frequent commercial operations and long-term vessel management, eliminating the need for operators to shuttle between fragmented facilities around the city.

ENVIRONMENTAL
Colmslie Wharves supports cleaner and safer marine operations for the Brisbane River
The Colmslie Wharves project has been designed with environmental responsibility at its heart, ensuring minimal impact on the Brisbane River and surrounding ecosystems.
A key aspect of the marina is sewage pump-out infrastructure, the ability for on-water fuelling and and supporting responsible environmental and waste management practices for commercial tourism vessels.
Raptis has maintained a strong compliance record with environmental regulations, with no notifiable environmental or work health and safety incidents reported during its ownership.
By providing purpose-built commercial berths, the marina helps to reduce unauthorised mooring along the Brisbane River, mitigating environmental risks associated with uncontrolled vessel movements. By being centrally located to the CBD and Bay, the marine tourism industry’s carbon footprint is reduced by more efficient operations.
Colmslie Wharves will enhance Brisbane’s capacity to accommodate commercial vessels without compromising the health of the river and Moreton Bay.
